Subcommittee Meeting

Meeting topics: CDBG Supplemental Budget Request, Military Housing allowance, and temporary workforce housing.
 
Comprehensive Housing Study

The Scope of Work for the RFP, to solicit services for the Comprehensive Housing Study, has been completed. GHURA, on behalf of the Housing Subcommittee, will announce the RFP by February 1, 2008. The Comprehensive Housing Study will provide the necessary housing
information to plan for future housing demand.
 
2010 Budget

 The subcommittee members, specifically the Government of Guam Departments/Agencies, have been tasked to determine their fiscal needs for 2010 that are a direct result of the military buildup.  
 
Plan of Action (Strategy)

 The committee will begin meeting next week for strategy meetings. The subcommittee members have been grouped into the following subgroups;

 

 
Monthly Meetings
Regular monthly meetings have been scheduled to occur on the First Thursday of each month, at 10:00 a.m., at GHURA’s conference room in the GCIC Building in Hagåtña.
