Accomplishments to date: 

Socio-economic workgroup reported February 26, 2008 to IGIA in D.C.

Public safety held its regular meeting on March 13, 2008 for their regular meeting.

Issues discussed are as follows:

•    The need to update the report to John Knox considering recent incidents with military aircraft

•    All public safety members want the John Knox group to review the needs assessments  and provide feedback

•    Public safety members want to email Mr. Paul Shintaku for updated crime statistics from Okinawa and footprint plans

Challenges:

•    Preparation of the budget request for FY 2010

Solution to the challenge:

•    Call an ASO”s meeting as soon as BBMR gives direction on budget preparation
