BSP is the lead coordinating agency responsible for managing and housing all data and statistics compiled by the Government of Guam relative to the impact of the military expansion and compile and house all CMTF reports and prepare presentations related to the buildup.

GEDCA will be responsible to conduct an “Economic Impact Study” relative to the buildup, inclusive of existing tax base and impact of increased economic activity.  Also, offer recommendations to strengthen Guam’s tax structure to maximize government revenue to meet the growth in demand for government services.

GSC will be the central point of contact with Government of Guam and federal agencies regarding grant related funding for the military expansion.
