Activity:

•    Planned with US EPA to provide NEPA training on Guam for Subcommittee members.  Tentative dates November 17 to 21.

•    Finalized draft of FY 2010 Budgets for military expansion needs of Subcommittee

•    Finalized  Justification Document for FY 2010 budget request to DOI for expanded needs from military build-up.

•    Developed Areas of Expertise Document for the  proposed  JGPO EIS supplemental funding

•    Developed Work Tasks document for the proposed JGPO EIS supplemental funding

•    Participated in JGPO Partnering Meetings July 29 to 31 on Saipan and Tinian.

•    Participated in August 1 Workshop with military planners and regulatory agencies on Guam and included Guam infrastructure planners in the group.

•    Participated in JGPO Partnering Steering Committee conference calls

•    Planned for next Guam JGPO Partnering meetings

•    Provided input to Navy Integrated Natural Resources Management Plan
•    Coordinated with US EPA on inspections on Guam DOD facilities

•    Consulted with Navy on Kilo Wharf permits and monitoring

•    Coordinated with Natural Resources Subcommittee

•    Reviewed of latest JGPO pre-decisional plans

•    Coordinated with US EPA on concerns over NEPA process and permitting as applied to Military projects on Guam.
