September 19, 2008 Housing Subcommittee Report

MEETINGS: ♣    None UPDATES: Guam Comprehensive Housing Study 2008: Still in Appeal. GHURA has submitted the required Agency Report, which includes GHURA’s response.  The OPA has indicated that a ruling on the Appeal will not be issued until mid-October 2008. Guma Trankilidat – GHURA has cancelled the RFP for the expansion of units at Guma Trankilidat. Another RFP will be announced within one month. Sagan Bonita: GHURA will issue another RFB for this project, as the responses to the previous RFB resulted in high costs.
