Action Item: Issues or Concerns presently addressing: • Funding/Financing Requirements for proposed projects outlined in Draft Master Plan • Submission for FY 2010 Executive Budget (OMB) • Cost negotiations for the Financial Feasibility Plan are in progress Specific deliverables • Master Plan anticipated to be finalized for submission by April 2008 (Deadline for comments is Wednesday, March 19, 2008.) • Management conducted meetings with employees to ensure that they are kept abreast of what the Draft Master Plan calls for and allow for opportunity to get their comments/feedback • OEA funding for the Financial Feasibility Plan and Community Outreach Plan • A draft MOU between the PAG and MARAD is currently being reviewed Events / activities your sub-committee is involved with respect to the buildup • Participated in the Guam Industry Forum – Agency’s Draft Master Plan was presented. PAG participated in the Industry Day, with PAG personnel staffing the agency’s booth • Next Ports & Customs Subcommittee meeting – March 26, 2008 Guam International Airport Authority Action Item: Issues or Concerns presently addressing: • Based on last week’s Guam Industry Forum and the recent issues with military aircraft, the GIAA would like to see if they can include funding requirements for certain CIP projects relative to the build-up.
